Secrets of Championship Karate
Elisa Au's video series "Secrets of Championship Karate" are excellent. I own many instructional videos that I use as supplements to the training I receive in the dojo and Elisa Au's series are hands down the best I own. Not only is sensei Au a subject matter expert on traditional karate technique she is also a gifted teacher who is able to break down the techniques so that the at-home learner has a logical and understandable method for learning and practicing the techniques. Of all the video supplemental tutorials I own on Karate I have to say sensei Au's are the best.
