Leroy Rodrigues an original student of Richard "Biggie" Kim in San Francisco and student of Toyama Kanken, Kinjo Hiroshi, Gogen Yamaguchi and Yoshida Kotaro. He demonstrates and teaches these lost and forgotten katas of Shorinji Ryu Karate. The katas include the history, bunkai and are demonstrated in slow motion and at performance pace. The katas (the first time on DVD) are the original forms that came from Okinawa to Japan going as far back as the 1700's. They include Yabu Chinto, Arakaki Sochin, Arakaki Niseishi, Itosu Lohai, and Matsumura Lohai.
