The Jundokan is like many dojos which practise kata, but this DVD is much different, in that you will be able to learn all the Hojo Undo, Shime Waza, self defence techniques from the kata and outside of the kata.  The drills are taught by the seniors at the dojo and you will see what makes the Jundokan much different than most of the other dojos in Okinawa.  This DVD will show you exactly how to practise like they do in the Jundokan.
