Born and raised in Holland, Bas Rutten began his lifelong interest in the martial arts after seeing a Bruce Lee movie. Rutten went on to become a stand-up striker with eleven career wins by knockouts. Part 2 of Volume 4 has Rutton break down leg locks and heel hooks, so that they can easily be applied. As usual, Rutten dissects each technique slowly and then applies it while using his entertaining, descriptive style to break down each technique in slow motion.
