This DVD features stretching routines which made Bill ‘Superfoot’ Wallace a champion fighter. He shares some of his stretching routines with you here, but suggests that you make your workout your own, suited to your needs. Wallace teaches you how to design your stretching workouts based on your capacities and what you need to work on the most.
