Grandmaster Wen Mei Yu was a world renowned Chinese internal martial arts, Taijiquan and Qigong master who taught the Chinese martial and healing arts for over forty years. A former professor at Jin Wu Athletic College and former General Secretary of the Shanghai Physical Culture Association for the Elderly, Master Yu trained with some of China's top Masters.
