Volume 1 The Guard Position - Egan gives an introduction to grappling before explaining the guard position. Although on your back, the guard is a powerful position to be in. Volume 2: The Side Position - This is a great position for controlling your opponent and working your way to the mount. Learn the proper body mechanics to maintain maximum leverage with the least amount of effort. Egan Inoue shows you all your options from the side as well as how to escape the side position.
