Sifu Paul Vunak is the founder and head of the Progressive Fighting System. He is known for developing the rather brutal Rapid Assault Tactics program, which he taught to the U.S. Navy Seals. Known for his extensive knowledge of how to apply those spectacular Jeet Kune Do moves for street survival, Sifu Vunak delves into the Filipino Martial arts of stick fighting on this DVD. You will first learn the correct way of holding the stick, blocking with the stick, using the butt of the stick, footwork, learning the concept of the triangle, fighting one or multiple opponents, basic drills and much more.
