Former instructor to the U.S. Navy Seals and police officers, Paul Vunak tackles Ground Fighting on this DVD. Sifu Vunak is known to be the only Jeet Kundo Do practitioner who started out training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu before it became well known. He trained with Dan Inosanto and is known for combining and blending different styles together in street fighting. Vunak starts his ground fighting techniques on the ground of course and shows what happens when you have a large man on the ground, the many flowing techniques of ground fighting, the targets, the rolls, the holds, the targets to aim for and what can go wrong. Vunak has a fast paced, easy to understand style of teaching each technique and some demonstrations are shown in slow motion so nothing is missed.
