Al Dacascos is a legendary martial artist known for his speed, precision, and innovation. A seven-time world karate champion, he created Wun Hop Kuen Do, blending Kenpo, traditional Kung Fu, and other styles. The system emphasizes practical self-defense while maintaining fluid, dynamic forms.
Kajukenbo is a hybrid martial art developed in Hawaii in the late 1940s by five martial arts masters; Adriano Emperado, Joseph Holck, Peter Young Yil Choo, Frank Ordonez and Clarence Chang. Its main emphasis is to develop techniques that are practical and effective on the street. Kajukenbo training incorporates a blend of striking, kicking, throwing, takedowns, joint locks and weapon disarmament.
