Tadashi Yamashita takes you through the fundamentals of the nunchaku weapon on Nunchaku Techniques Volume 1. A tenth dan in Kobudo, Yamashita starts this DVD with warm-ups using the nunchaku. He follows this up with wrist action, striking, blocking and flipping techniques using the nunchaku against a bo. These techniques are shown in slow motion, so each move can be easily followed. Hanchi Yamashita continues by demonstrating these striking, blocking and flipping techniques in various combinations.
