Shown on this DVD are a variety of sparring techniques performed by Master Morio Higaonna, or guided and supervised by him. Each technique is performed very slowly and then fast, without actually hitting the opponent of course, since some of these kicks can cause permanent damage. Master Higaonna also shows where the punch lands and then performs a follow up technique to take the opponent down to the ground and even then he adds on a few more techniques. Also shown is a fast moving kata against an opponent, showing how these techniques can and should be used.
