Volume 2 - Gregg expands on the information taught in Part 1 by adding punches, elbows, knees, kicks and head-butts to the basic body manipulations. In addition, a full lesson on grappling concepts and techniques is included. For those of you who have been in actual combat situations, you are well aware of the physicality needed to overcome an opponent - R.O.C. is the perfect supplement needed for your training! 50 minutes.
