Larry Tatum demonstrates and teaches the Kenpo form 4 for
brown belts on this DVD. He begins by performing the kata at
full speed. He then takes each movement slowly, breaks it
down and explains where your hands, eyes and feet should go.
Form 4 for brown belt is the longest kata of the style. American
Kenpo practitioners like Tatum wear a black uniform and
practice original katas which were developed using traditional
Kenpo self-defense techniques. Towards the end of the DVD
Tatum describes the concepts and techniques of this form and
demonstrates several techniques on two of his assistants.
