Kenpo form 5 for brown belt is performed by Larry Tatum in real
time at the beginning of this DVD. He then breaks down each
move separately and slowly describes each leap, sweep, kick,
punch and stomp. Tatum finishes up using two assistants to
show some moves from the kata to defend himself from the two
men. At the end we get another look at form 5 performed in
slow motion.
