Larry Tatum, a 7th degree black belt, tackles hand strikes on
this DVD. He starts off with an introduction to punches as they
are used in Kenpo. Tatum demonstrates how to make a fist
properly and then using a partner, he demonstrates several
different strikes. Hand sword strikes and pokes are next,
followed by many other techniques. The forearm is also
demonstrated as a weapon and much more.
