According to Master Augustine Fong, the Biu Gee form is based on the Siu Nim Tao and Chum Kiu forms. Biu Gee combines the two concepts. Master Fong discusses the complete history of this form, as well as the applications, asking hands, two and three man sticky hands. He also describes the Lop Sao, which is an excellent Wing Chun trapping technique, where you grab and jerk your opponent's arm in order to stop him from striking you, and prevent him from blocking your attack.
