Master Augustine Fong teaches the techniques and the complete required forms of the Wing Chun Bok Jaam Do staff and the butterfly swords, or Baat Jaam Do. In the past butterfly swords were the most effective and deadly weapon used against an enemy. Master Fong explores the footwork and basic steps necessary to start learning Baat Jaam Do.
