Gene LeBell started his martial arts career at a young age in wrestling, boxing and Judo. He gave professional wrestling a try after his long Judo career came to an end. Volume 1 of this series features LeBell demonstrating effective wrestling techniques, such as ground fighting techniques, chokes, neck strangles, joint locks and groin stretches. LeBell also holds a 9th degree black belt in Jujitsu.
