On this DVD, Gene LeBell performs forty rather brutal wrestling techniques, designed to quickly render an opponent senseless. These techniques include the cobra grip, thumb crush, party flex, switching elbow lock, outside wrist lock and foot on neck technique. LeBell spent many years competing in tournaments wearing his trademark pink gi. He also wore a black mask for some matches. LeBell taught his grappling skills to many wrestlers and martial artists as well as his students.
