Volume 3 deals with forty finishing holds demonstrated by Gene LeBell. Some of these techniques are not taught in school and are only taught on this DVD. Some of the holds shown by LeBell feature the knee and hip crank, figure four leg lock, standing Indian death lock, inside leg grapevine, biting and many more. LeBell at one time was known as ‘the toughest man alive’ due to his participation in combat sports.
