Most martial arts books present a whole series of techniques. They start you at point “A” and move you toward a quantitative learning objective: “x” quantity and variety of techniques, requirements for certain belt levels, etc. They have a common goal: to increase your knowledge, ability and skill level within a particular martial art. In short, they teach techniques.

This book is different.
