First time on DVD, totally narrated in English, this unedited black and white volume set is an important part of the Kodokan archives, and a MUST for all grappling enthusiasts!  This is part of a three volume set.  This rare footage contains Master technician, Kyuzo Mifune, who for many years was a permanent member of the Kodokan Consultative Group.  Mifune received his 10th Dan in 1945.  The speed with which he mastered the techniques of Judo can only be matched by the rapidity of his promotion through the Dan ranks.  This three part series shows Mifune both in the dojo, as well as spending some time in his garden.
