This is a 2 DVD set on Leo Fong as he talks about his two friends Bruce lee and Angel Cabales.  Each DVD nearly 1 hour in length each tells about what he learnt form his two friends and what he taught them.  Leo knew Bruce when he lived in Oakland California and it was Leo who introduced Bruce to both boxing and weight training.  Angel was Leo's teacher in Escrima in the early days in Stockton California. 100's of rare photos also rare never before seen footage of Angel Cabales teaching and demonstrating Escrima in Leo's back yeard in the early 1960's.
