Takara Takanashi is one of Japan's young guys who has kept traditions alive.  He is a tenth generation disciple of Miyamoto Musashi's Ni Ten Ichi Ryu sword style.  On this DVD you will learn ten different fighting postures, including 1 and 2 sword cutting techniques, Blocking and pinning techniques with a sword.  There are also two bonus sections, one is a complete demonstration of Ni Ten Ichi Ryu by some old Masters as well as a section entitled - Who was Miyamoto Musashi?   This section shows his art, his sculptures and the cave where he wrote his classic book - Book of Five Rings.
