This fourth, and long awaited video from Manu, centers around submissions and the ways of escaping.  Some of these techniques are unknown by many of you and others very common.  Learn them from different positions, such as,  Kimura from the mounted or even rear position, or being underneath the mounted in cross.  Nacho Vidal has ample training in Jiu-Jitsu with Gracie and Vale-Tudo and Muay Thai with Artur Mariano.  Together with Manu they show us the secrets of a good fighter, timing, fluidity and adaptation to each combat situation.
